Affidavit of Truth and Declaration of Rights
Heavenly Healing Members (HHM) — Private Membership Association
I, Heather Babcock, a living woman operating in full capacity under natural law, hereby establish this affidavit as a public notice and declaration of the rights I retain as the founder of the Heavenly Healing Members (HHM) Private Membership Association.
HHM is a faith-based, spiritual, and private membership association created for the express purpose of helping individuals reclaim sovereignty over their wellness, life, and body through natural, holistic means. This includes but is not limited to: herbal teas, wellness coaching, education, spiritual expression, natural remedies, handmade products, and holistic apparel shared within a private member framework.
As a private association, all goods, services, conversations, advice, remedies, and products are shared only within the private domain, outside the jurisdiction of public agencies or corporations. All members agree to join voluntarily, accept personal responsibility for their own decisions, and waive public liability.
This affidavit serves as public notice that I retain my unalienable rights under:

First Amendment — Freedom of speech, religion, and peaceful assembly. I reserve the right to speak truthfully about natural healing and spiritual practices without government interference.

Fourth Amendment — Right to privacy. I am secure in my person, home, papers, and effects.

Fifth Amendment — Right to remain silent and not self-incriminate.

Ninth Amendment — The enumeration of certain rights shall not be construed to deny others retained by the people.

Tenth Amendment — Powers not delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states or to the people.

Fourteenth Amendment — Equal protection under the law. I operate as a living soul, not a corporate fiction.

I share education, testimony, and truth from a private spiritual and educational standpoint.
All members acknowledge and agree to participate voluntarily, accepting full responsibility for their own health, decisions, and purchases, and waiving all claims against HHM, its founder, or affiliates.
This affidavit is made in good faith, without malice or deception, and shall stand as evidence of my intent and truth in any court of law, public or private. Let it be known, I stand in honor, peace, and full liability.
