Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: We only EXCHANGE or do a return as a STORE CREDIT! Refunds WILL NOT be issued on any cards!! Please keep in mind all shipping is at the customer's expense! 

Return Policy/ Store Credit Only 

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact and free from odors! The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, CLEARANCE ($15 and BELOW) and beauty items. If we custom made your order at your request no return or exchange can be given. Please read the description of each clothing item you purchase. If it is marked “All Sales Final” "CLEARANCE" or if it's $15 or less your refund will automatically be denied. We DO NOT return jewelry unless in the rare case it arrives broken. Please send us a picture within 3 business days of receiving your item to determine refund.  

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 3 days of the date you received your item. A Store Credit will be issued after receiving returned items. 


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your account as a store credit in your comment sold account. 


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to refund or exchange the item if the item is in stock. Please email within 3 days of receiving your product to begin the process with a picture of the broken item. 

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package. If you do not have a printer, we can ship the return label to you at your expense.

You are responsible for paying for the return/exchange shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your store credit.

Final Sale, Clearance, and $15 and below items

If the item is marked “final sale”, “All sales final”, “clearance” or it's $15 or less it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.


If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
